Look what we found! A new toy!

Amanda decided to try it out first, until someone mischievously and unexpectedly tipped her...

I think he enjoyed that a little too much ;) 

Poor Amanda!

Searching for that perfect spot that we had found to swim in, using our legs as propellers we kicked our way out. We tried sitting on that surf board so many times and then we finally achieved our goal but then of course we couldn't be content with that small goal, we had to reach for the higher, the better! We had to try standing on the board!  I'm pretty sure we had all five of us standing on the board for about 1 second. We had so much fun just trying to balance!

As the sun sets it was time to swim back.

YAY! We were finally able to balance on the board!

(The water was only about 2 feet here so the board is resting on the bottom of the lake.)

Seth's idea, 

  It started with trying to see if only one person could balance on the board and then ended with trying to use it as a canoe.

Yeh! Samuel can do it too!
