Camp Susque 2012

For the past three years we've gone camping at Camp Susque and have enjoyed it very much! The peaceful relaxation of being in a valley surrounded by mountains, seeing the Sovereignty of God in all of His magnificent creation, and being with friends, has all been very nice!

The country dancing was a ton of fun as usual!

We were really glad the Maira's could come and stay all week this year! And that the Eckersons decided to come this year as well!

Chariti got herself all dressed like a cowgirl for the dancing! My little sweetheart she is!

Mrs. Fournier and Mrs. Maira, after a few dances decided to sit out, watch, take pictures and smile for others pictures! :)

Partners Abigail and Hannah, so cute!
Hannah was very glad that her little friend came this year :)

Lilya and her horse chauffeur

One of our most favorite memories from Camp Susque has been the Ice Cream!

Becky, Stephanie and Tayla at the top of Mt. Lookout!

Becky admiring the glorious splendour!

Mr. and Mrs. Fournier, a sweet couple and faithful hikers! Every year they climb both Lookout and Rattlesnake Mt.

Every Wednesday we have a tradition of going to Pudgie's Pizza for dinner

Arriving back at Camp Susque, we ended the night by listening to a sermon and having some great discussion afterwards! Thanks David!

Stephanie and Tayla, beautiful, sweet young ladies!

The inquisition begins....LOL!
Poor Ryan stuck in the middle, smiling and laughing all the while, your such a good sport!

At the top of Mt. Rattlesnake, the Eckersons brought a telescope so we could look down and scope out those in the campground below

For the first and last time, Tabitha made it to the top of Mt. Rattlesnake.
Her initials and the year remain forever marked on this tree as a remembrance that it has been done! lol

Stephanie has had her initials marked for the past two years and now she has three years of history marked on this tree at the top of Mt. Rattlesnake

Sweet girls!
On the way down Rattlesnake

We were thankful to be able to go one more year to Camp Susque, precious memories have been made there and it still stands in our memories as a reminder of all that the Lord has done there and through it, and of all the tangible ways in which He, in His gracious mercy, has manifested His Sovereignty and faithfulness to our family. The Lord is good and greatly to be praised! I will rejoice. In all things, whether sick or poor, respected or despised, I will rejoice for the Lord has dealt bountifully with me! Psalm 13:6
