We were so very blessed to have my Auntie Kimmy visit us from Texas this past August with our two little cousins Preston and Mason! This was our first time seeing Preston!
What an adorable little munchkin this kid is! I miss him so much!!!

Preston loved playing in the water! And Stephanie loved holding him in the pool!
On this fine morning Seth persuaded his cousin to suffer the hardship of wetting his feet on the dewy grass and come along as he fulfilled his responsibility of feeding the chickens.
Past one obstacle and here's another!
"As if getting one's feet wet isn't bad enough" Mason explains to Seth, "I simply cannot go into the chicken coop, my feet would be intolerably dirty!"
Seth eyes him with suspicion, unable to comprehend the evils of dirty feet. Content to allow his cousin to remain outside the coop, he proceeds to feed the chickens.
Disaster ensues!
The chickens rush out and what are Seth and Mason to do?
Seth is in the process of practicing bravery when facing the chickens with their hard beaks that hurt when they peck, and Mason was in no way about to go near them so these boys were in a pickle!
Just look at those guilty faces, lol.
On Sunday Auntie Kimmy and the boys decided to come to church with us, Preston loved playing in the sand!
Chariti, Judah and Seth were all vastly enjoying the job of watching and playing with Preston! They are simply precious!
Hannah, Lilya and Zoe made Auntie Kimmy a moss pie! Mmmmm :)

Because Auntie Kimmy lives in Northern Texas they don't get to see the ocean very often so we took them to some of our favorite beaches.

She found a filleted fishhead instead! lol,
She turned it into a science lesson and used it to explain to the girls some aspects of a fish's head.
The girls did think it was rather gross. :)
We had so much fun at the beach with Kimmy that day!
