I just love the look on David's face!
As Michael said, "He looked like his cheeks were going to pop!" If there was ever a groom joyful to see his bride it was David! His eyes were bright as stars and his smile as wide as the ocean! He fairly exploded with joy and he was so tender and gentle with her! It was so sweet and encouraging to see the way he looked at Grace and the way Grace looked at him, full of loving confidence! What a beautiful picture of Christ and His bride!

"Let us rejoice and be glad and give the glory to Him, for the marriage of the Lamb has come and his bride has made herself ready."
Revelations 19:7
You can't help but notice, whenever you walk into a really old church, they don't have many rooms - no classrooms, cry rooms, nurseries... only a sanctuary with these cubicles for families. Where families could sing and worship TOGETHER!
"You are not like to see any general reformation, till you procure family reformation. Some little religion there may be, here and there; but while it is confined to single persons, and is not promoted in families, it will not prosper, nor promise much future increase."
~Richard Baxter
"Family Worship is led by fathers, or other heads of families, with a view to establishing God-centered homes, promoting worship in all of life in all the members of the household, and in preparation for public worship. The Bible makes clear the importance of family worship (Ex. 12:3; Dt. 6:6-8; Jos. 24:15)."
J. Ligon Duncan
"Every Christian family ought to be as it were a little church."
Jonathan Edwards

"The ultimate thing we can say about marriage is that it exists for God’s glory. That is, it exists to display God. Now we see how: Marriage is patterned after Christ’s covenant relationship to His redeemed people, the church. And therefore, the highest meaning and the most ultimate purpose of marriage is to put the covenant relationship of Christ and His church on display. That is why marriage exists. If you are married, that is why you are married. If you hope to be, that should be your dream."
John Piper
