After church we took one of the hiking paths to one of the favorite spots for the littles...
The tire swings.
"Friendship isn't a big thing-it's a million little things."
The twins in the GIANT tire swing :)
Seth had to get in there too! :)
Mr. Flynn turns spider man as he climbs up to the web!
Hey, what's hanging from under your van?
Come to find out, the tire rod had fallen just as we pulled into our parking spot! Mom had pulled in and then, noticing she was too close to the Kaisers car, had backed out and pulled in again and the tie rod held all the way up until the very last second that we needed it. God is truly Sovereign, always protecting His children and manifesting His loving faithfulness at all times! Praise the Lord for keeping us safe! If it had fallen on the highway we could have all been killed or seriously injured. We had no idea anything had happened until after church Mr. Tavares noticed it hanging and checked it out. This "accident" is a testimony that God is truly Sovereign and will always protect His children, whether it is spiritual or physical danger the One True God is our Lord and Father and He will always protect us and never allow anything to happen to us that is outside of His will and His will is perfect thus we needn't fear but rather have confidence in His loving care and faithfulness.
Family portraits for the church directory...
The Fournier family
Our family!
Let it be said of him, he took that camera wherever he went...
What happens when you eat at Dunkin' Donuts too often :P
Without a vehicle to drive home in we were hopelessly stuck but the Fournier's rescued us from being left alone and invited us to their house until our van was fixed.
Mom chillin' with Ruth and Amanda
While some climbed trees...
others engaged in battles.
We ended the night with a time of praising the Lord who had preserved our lives that very morning!
with Amanda on the fiddle
and our pianist
